What to Bring

You will need your Showclix confirmation or your ID only if you are picking up at Will Call

Lots of cash! Not all vendors and celebrity guests accept credit cards, so plan to bring plenty of cash. Also, the parking lots outside the Bay Center that charge to park accept cash only. The ATMs inside the Bay Center are also susceptible to running out of cash throughout the weekend.

No outside food or drinks will be allowed inside the Bay Center. Food vendors will be located at the Pensacola Bay Center’s front entrance, and plenty of area restaurants will have special fandom-themed menus and drink specials throughout the weekend.

Celebrity Schedule

Unless noted, celebrity guests will be at their tables, available to meet fans, take photographs, autographs, etc. all three days. Autograph and photograph prices vary by celebrity. (We will make special announcements for those guests who will not be with us all three days, and any changes or cancellations will be posted on the Cancellations page.)

The celebrity guests will be located on the 2nd floor of the Pensacola Bay Center. The 2nd floor is accessible by the interior and exterior stairways.

The panel schedule and the photo op schedule will be available on both the app and on the website. Photo ops will be available for pre-purchase from Wolf Studios Photography. See the Photo Ops page for details.

Parking & Trolley

The front parking lot at the Bay Center is reserved for our VIP attendees, and the back parking lot is reserved for vendors, volunteers, and media.

The surrounding parking lots and the lots throughout the city will be charging $10 to park. Re-entry is not included.

Trolley service throughout Downtown Pensacola is free for all badge holders. Trolley stops will be announced closer to the dates of the convention.
